Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of book.vegasnearme.com (the “Site”) operated by VegasNearMe, a service of NearMe Entertainment (“VegasNearMe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By searching for, booking, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What VegasNearMe is
VegasNearMe is an online booking intermediary for Las Vegas hotels — we are an online travel agent (OTA), not a hotel. We display real-time room availability and pricing from our hotel inventory partner and facilitate the booking process.
The hotel itself is responsible for the room, the property, the amenities, the staff, and the in-stay experience. LiteAPI (Nuitée Travel Limited) is the merchant of record for all hotel booking transactions — they process payment, issue refunds, and are responsible for the charge that appears on your card statement. The charge on your card statement will appear under LiteAPI or Nuitée Travel Limited. VegasNearMe is responsible for the accuracy of the booking details and the confirmation you receive.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding contract to make a booking.
2. Pricing
Prices displayed are all-in nightly rates. VegasNearMe’s margin is baked into the displayed nightly rate — there is no separate booking fee added at checkout. The total you pay at checkout is the final price, including taxes collected by LiteAPI (Nuitée Travel Limited) on behalf of applicable tax authorities.
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and reflect the rate available at the moment you complete your booking. Pricing can change between search and checkout because of inventory, currency, or partner-rate changes; the final price shown at checkout is the only price that controls.
3. Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies vary by hotel and rate. Each rate is governed by its own cancellation rules, set by the hotel, including the cutoff window before check-in and any refund amount. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled for any reason — including no-shows, schedule changes, illness, or travel disruption.
The cancellation policy that applies to your specific booking is shown on the hotel detail page before you confirm, and is repeated in your confirmation email. It is your responsibility to review it before completing the booking.
To cancel a refundable booking within its cancellation window, contact us at George@xarray.com with your confirmation number. Refunds are processed by LiteAPI (Nuitée Travel Limited), the merchant of record, to your original payment method, subject to LiteAPI’s refund timeline and the hotel’s cancellation terms.
Modifications (date changes, guest-name changes, room-type changes) may not be possible on every rate. Where modifications are not supported by the hotel, you must cancel (subject to the cancellation policy) and rebook.
4. Booking confirmation
After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your VegasNearMe confirmation number
- The hotel’s own confirmation/reservation number, where provided by the hotel
- Hotel name, address, and check-in/check-out dates
- Room type and the lead guest name
- The total amount charged to your card
- The cancellation policy applicable to your rate
If you do not receive your confirmation within 30 minutes of completing payment, check your spam folder, then contact us at George@xarray.com with the email address used at checkout. A successful card charge always corresponds to a confirmed reservation; if for any reason a hotel cannot honor the reservation, a full refund will be processed by LiteAPI (Nuitée Travel Limited), the merchant of record, to your original payment method.
At check-in, present a government-issued photo ID matching the lead guest name and a credit card for any incidentals or deposits the hotel requires.
5. Payment
LiteAPI (Nuitée Travel Limited) is the merchant of record for hotel booking transactions. The charge on your card statement will appear under LiteAPI or Nuitée Travel Limited. Refunds for cancellable bookings are processed by LiteAPI to your original payment method.
Hotel booking payments are processed through LiteAPI’s secure hosted payment form. Your card details are entered directly into LiteAPI’s PCI-certified payment widget and are never transmitted to or stored on VegasNearMe’s servers. We receive only a booking reference and the charged total.
By submitting payment, you authorize the charge of the total displayed at checkout to the card you provide through LiteAPI’s payment form. If your card is declined, your booking is not confirmed and the room is not held for you.
VegasNearMe and our hotel partners reserve the right to cancel a booking if we detect fraud, identity mismatch, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, a full refund will be processed by LiteAPI and you will be notified by email.
6. Disputes
If you believe there is an error with your booking, your charge, or your stay, contact us first at George@xarray.com within 30 days of your check-out date. Most issues are resolved within a few business days. Please include:
- Your VegasNearMe confirmation number
- The email address used at checkout
- A clear description of the issue and any supporting documentation (photos, receipts, communications with the hotel)
Because LiteAPI (Nuitée Travel Limited) is the merchant of record, any chargeback filed with your card issuer is filed against LiteAPI. VegasNearMe will assist by providing booking documentation and correspondence to support your case. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us delays resolution; please reach out first — we want to make it right.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VegasNearMe’s total liability arising from or relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. We are not the hotel and we do not control the hotel premises, staff, amenities, or service quality.
VegasNearMe is not liable for, and you release us from, any claims relating to:
- Hotel service quality, room condition, cleanliness, noise, or guest experience
- Personal injury, illness, theft, or property damage occurring at the hotel
- Hotel-imposed fees collected on-site (resort fees, parking, deposits, incidentals)
- Acts of God, weather, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, pandemic, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat.
8. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute process in Section 6 will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Nothing in this section deprives you of any consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country or state of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will, where reasonably practical, be communicated to active customers by email. Bookings already confirmed before a change continue to be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the booking. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
